OH EM GEE I was looking at the V for Vendetta trailer and i noticed that the song playin in the background at 1:12 sounded a little familiar...

there not copying. That song was made by a composer for no certain movie and is used in many other movies as well.
just like Requiem for a Tower is used in a lot of movies.
hmm yeah i see three possibilities...
One: they are just abnormally similar sounding songs
Two: the 'song' doesn't actually belong to either or one of them so they didn't actually steal from eachother
Three: you're right and Batman copied off of it and no one knows it except for us and you could have just discovered this terrible stealing act that will cost Batman millions
